Brife Introduction

　　The assembly line is mainly made of equipm说ents of raw red bean screening, equipments of sand refining and washing, equipments of fillings making, packing and disinfection. The whole line has 32 sets facilities. Powder fillings of 3.5t/8h, general vloume of engine of 75KW, exhausted steam of 1000kg/h. Requirements of production workshop: length is 60m, width is 9m, height is 6m. Except screening equipments of raw bean, the rest of equipments are made of fine stainless steel. With high degree of automation and convenient operation, only 12 workers can run whole assembly line. This set of line is welcomed by consumers mainly engaged in producing red bean fillings products all over our country and Japan and like on. ( Chart of technology flow of equipments is enclosed.)
